It’s All in the (Parental) Genes

 

We know that the parental genes are involucrate in child gender, but not only that, always there is a little problem with cases (the surrogates), and principally motherhood; Crispina and Mark Calvert are a couple who cannot (I think) have babies., and Anna Johnson can have babies, and the real problem just entered.

 

    Crispina and Mark Calvert joining their sperm and egg to Anna Johnson for fertilized and they could have their own child, but, recently, Anna fought the custody of Christopher Michael (son) with approximately three years actually (if we are in the 90’s decade). Biologically, Anna does not have any related with Michael, biologically, he is not her son, but she says: I was “bonded” with infant.

 

     After all and many months later, Jeremy Rifkin says: “After all, the state law in California says that the birth mother is the mother”,  but decision of Judge Parslow still not stand.
