We can see in text that in the world doesn’t exist only one way to have a child. Today there are so many forms to conceive a baby, traditional method, “in vitro”, and so on. Actually we have a lot of couples who want to have a baby, but they perform In vitro method, GIFT or ZIFT.

 

     GIFT and ZIFT don't consist in a penetration by a man. GIFT (for gamete intra-Falopian transfer) takes place not in a laboratory dish but in the Fallopian tube, as it would naturally, and the resulting embryo drifts gently into the uterus, where it is much likely to be successfully received. In yet another variation, called ZIFT (for zygote intra-Fallopian transfer), the sperm are allowed to fertilize the eggs before transfer to the Fallopian tube.  Therefore, only the eggs that are successfully fertilized need be transferred.

 

     Such techniques makes easier the probability to have a child and it has a successfully birth. The doctor Silber says: but they are no longer the best way to give infertile couples what they really want: a healthy baby.
